Unfortunately, you can't delete trophies directly on the PS5. If you're looking to clean up your trophy list, one workaround is to create a new user profile and start fresh. Otherwise, those trophies are there to stay!

You can't delete trophies on PS5. Sony doesn't allow it. Maybe someday they'll change their mind, but for now, you've got to live with them.

I tried doing this myself! Sadly, there's no way to delete or hide trophies on the PS5. Creating a new account is the only way to get a fresh start.
