Hey, it's simple! Go to Users, select the profile you want to delete, press Triangle, and choose Delete. Confirm and it's done!

Deleting a username on PS3? Easy. Go to the Users menu, pick the profile, press Triangle, and hit Delete. Confirm and you're all set.

You don't. Once a username has been used on PSN, it stays in their database forever.
