Destroying gear in Hogwarts Legacy is super simple! Just go into your menu, select the gear you wanna get rid of, and you'll see an option to 'Dismantle' it. This gets rid of the gear and gives you materials you can use to upgrade other items. So, not only do you clear up space, but you also get something useful out of it!
