Easy! Just go to Settings in the game, find the 'Shift Lock Switch' option, and turn it off. Boom, done!

From personal experience, you go into any Roblox game, click the menu button (usually ESC), head to Settings, and switch off 'Shift Lock Switch'. Your problem should be solved!
