To do Tai Chi at the park in The Sims FreePlay, first, send a Sim to the park. Then, tap on the Sim and select the Tai Chi option under the 'Hobbies' tab.

All you need to do is send your Sim to the park, tap on them, and choose the 'Practice Tai Chi' action. Easy peasy!

I've done this a million times! Just send your Sim to the park, tap on them, and pick Tai Chi from the hobbies.
