It's super simple! Just input down, down-forward, forward, and then an attack button (square/triangle/circle on PS or X/Y/B on Xbox) with Goku. KAMEHAMEHA!!!
To do a Kamehameha with Goku in DBFZ, input 'quarter-circle forward' + attack (on PS: down, forward + square/triangle/circle). Happy blasting!
