Make sure you're moving when you press that dodge button. Standing still won't cut it if you want to roll away from danger.

I've been playing since it dropped, and mastering the dodge roll changed the game for me. Timing your rolls right when an enemy attacks means you practically dance around them. Plus, it feels really cool.

To dodge roll in Hogwarts Legacy, you just need to tap the dodge button while moving in any direction. The default button for dodging is Circle on PlayStation, B on Xbox, and the Alt key on PC. It's super handy to avoid enemy attacks during combat!

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
