To dominate humans in V Rising, use your vampire abilities to weaken them, then cast Dominate Mind when they're low on health. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Find a human with a skillset you want, then use your Dominating Presence ability to enslave them. Once dominated, they can work for you!
