Unfortunately, you can't directly donate bells or items to Tom Nook in Animal Crossing. Tom Nook is the in-game capitalist raccoon (tanuki in Japan) who runs the local store (and in New Horizons, the island's development). Instead, you pay off your home loan to him and fund community projects, which indirectly counts as 'donating' to his business ventures.

lol, donate to Tom Nook? More like constantly pay off debt to him. But seriously, there's no direct way to 'donate' to him. Your interactions are limited to transactions for upgrades and community projects. Think of every bell you spend as a donation to the Nook empire.

Tom Nook isn't exactly running a charity, so you can't donate directly to him. But, investing in your island and paying off your loans are the best ways to keep him happy. Remember, every bell spent helps Tom Nook help you (or so he says).

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
