From my experience, make sure your console is connected to the internet. Navigate to the PlayStation Store, enter your bundle code, and the game will be available for download in your library.
Once you've set up your PS5, go to the PlayStation Store from the main menu. If you've already redeemed your bundle code, your game should appear in your library. Just select it and hit download!
Don't overthink it. Check your library on the PS5 dashboard; it should be there if you've redeemed any necessary codes.
