Forget about it, bro. Sony shut down the PSP's native store. Use a PS3 instead.

If you have a PS3, you can still download PSP games from the PSN Store on it, then transfer them via USB to your PSP. Go to the 'PlayStation Store' on your PS3, navigate to 'Games', then 'PSP', and start downloading your choice.
