Enabling tools in Steam is pretty straightforward! Just open Steam, go to the 'Library' tab, and then click on 'Tools' instead of 'Games' in the dropdown menu. From there, you can browse through the list of available tools and double-click on any you want to install. It's like magic, but for gaming!

Just hit up the Library tab, switch the view to Tools, and you're golden. Simple as pie.

I think most people don't even know about this feature. But yeah, swapping to Tools in the Library is all it takes. Installed a bunch of dev tools this way for my game project, works flawlessly.
