First, make sure your account is age-verified and that you're over 13. Then, go into your settings on Roblox, find 'Privacy', and toggle on the Voice Chat option. Also, make sure your Xbox privacy settings allow voice communication.

You have to verify your age and then enable voice chat in the settings menu under 'Privacy'. Don鈥檛 forget to check those Xbox settings too!
