To end your PlayStation Plus trial, just head to the Settings menu on your PS4 or PS5, go to 'Account Management,' then 'Account Information,' followed by 'PlayStation Subscriptions,' and finally select 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' for PS Plus.

I just canceled mine last week! Go to your PlayStation Network account settings, find 'Subscription,' and turn off auto-renewal for PS Plus. Easy peasy!
