If you're using an iOS device, there's no in-game option to enter codes directly. Instead, visit the official Niantic redeem code website, log in with your Pokémon GO account details, and enter the code there. Easy peasy!

I thought you couldn't enter codes on iOS anymore, but it's still possible! I redeemed a code just last week through the Niantic website. So, Android users get the in-app option, and for iOS, use the website.
