Open your armory, select a soldier, then go to Loadout. In a utility slot, select the Skulljack. Go get 'em!

Equip your Skulljack by going to the Loadout screen for one of your soldiers. In the utility slot, you should find the Skulljack available to equip. Easy peasy!

Just head to the soldier's Loadout, and in one of the utility item slots, select the Skulljack. You're ready to hack some ADVENT now!
