You can't change it, the startup movie is fixed. Just enjoy the default and game on!

To equip a startup movie on your Steam Deck, first, make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of SteamOS. Then, jump into your Steam Deck settings, select 'System', and then 'Startup Movies'. From there, you should be able to browse and select the movie file you want to play during startup. Make sure your movie file is in a supported format!
