For Espeon and Umbreon, walk 10 km with your Eevee as your buddy, then evolve it during the day for Espeon or night for Umbreon. Easy peasy!
Use a Mossy Lure Module on a PokéStop to evolve Eevee into Leafeon, or a Glacial Lure Module for Glaceon. Just evolve it while near the lured PokéStop.
Sylveon’s all about friendship. Get 70 hearts with your Eevee as your buddy, and then evolve it when you see the Sylveon silhouette on the evolution button.
To evolve Eevee into one of its elemental forms, you can use the nickname trick once per evolution type: Pyro for Flareon, Rainer for Vaporeon, Sparky for Jolteon, Sakura for Espeon, Tamao for Umbreon, Linnea for Leafeon, Rea for Glaceon, and Kira for Sylveon. After that, you'll need specific evolution items or conditions!
