To evolve Eevee into Flareon, just use 25 Eevee candies and hit the evolve button. It's all up to luck which of the original three evolutions you'll get—Flareon, Vaporeon, or Jolteon!

Simple trick: Rename your Eevee to 'Pyro' before evolving it. You should get Flareon! This works once per evolution.
