To evolve Eevee into Umbreon in Pokémon GO, you need to walk Eevee as your buddy for at least 10 km and evolve it during nighttime in the game. Simple as that!
Just nickname your Eevee 'Tamao' and then evolve it. This works only once, though, so use it wisely!
You can try the nickname trick: name it 'Tamao,' but remember this only works one time.
