Hey, you can factory reset your PS5 without signing in by booting it into Safe Mode. Just turn off your PS5 completely, then press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep (about 7 seconds). Connect your controller via USB, select 'Reset PS5,' and follow the on-screen instructions. Easy peasy!
