You can also get Dragon Balls by beating Time Patrollers that randomly appear in Conton City's Patrol Quests. It's less efficient but still works!
Try farming Dragon Balls by fighting off Time Patrollers in Parallel Quest 23: 'The Explosion of Namek'. If you're lucky, they'll drop the balls you need!
Just spam Parallel Quest 4 and hunt those Time Patrollers! I farmed all 7 balls in a couple of hours.
