Farming stimpacks in Fallout 76 is a vital skill for survival. Your best bet is hitting up medical supply locations, such as hospitals or health centers scattered around Appalachia. Look for the AVR Medical Center or Watoga Emergency Services; these places usually have stimpacks lying around. Another tip is to complete events, especially those that involve fighting off waves of enemies, as they often reward you with stimpacks. Lastly, don't forget to take advantage of the Chemist perk and Super Duper perk when crafting stimpacks; they can double what you produce and give you more bang for your buck!

Grow Bloodleaf and Snaptail Reed, then mix with Purified Water at a Chemistry Station. Bam! Healing salve, the poor man's stimpack. Works in a pinch and way easier to gather the ingredients for than hunting down stimpacks directly. Plus, exploring for these gives you a chance to find actual stimpacks along the way.
