If you want to fight team leaders, just go to the Battle screen, then pick your team's leader (Candela, Blanche, or Spark) and hit 'Battle'!

Open Pokemon GO, head to the Battle section, and select 'Battle' under the 'Training' tab to face off against your team leader. It's that easy!
