Use the Roblox+ (Roblox Plus) extension! It has a server browser that lets you filter and find nearly empty servers for any Roblox game.

You don't need an extension! Just join a server and then leave and rejoin until you find an empty one. It works but takes a bit longer.

Try looking at the official Roblox website for server lists. Sometimes, sorting servers from least populated can help you find an empty one.
