Honestly, if you can't find it, just contact Sony support. They'll help you out.
I went through this last month! I had to contact Sony support because I forgot the email I used too. They sorted me out within a day.
You can find your PSN date of birth by logging into your Sony account on a web browser. Go to Account Settings > Profile and it should be listed there. Easy peasy!
Pro tip: Always note this info somewhere secure. You never know when you'll need it.
