From the Roblox app on your mobile, go to the shirt's page. Tap the share button and copy the link. The shirt ID is the long number in the URL.

Easy peasy! Just open Roblox on your mobile, go to the Avatar Editor, tap on the shirt you want, and boom - the ID is in the URL at the top of the browser window!
