First, log into Steam and hover over your username in the top menu. Click on 'Inventory' from the dropdown, then on the right side, click on 'Trade Offers.' Look for a link that says 'Who can send me Trade Offers?' and click on it. Your Steam Trade URL will be listed there, towards the bottom. You can copy this URL and share it with others to receive trade offers.

Just go to Inventory, Trade Offers, and then 'Who can send me Trade Offers?' Your trade URL is right there. Simple!
