First, open Steam and go to your profile. Right-click on your profile picture and choose 'Copy Page URL'. Voila! That's your Steam URL. If you're doing this from a web browser, just go to your profile page and copy the URL directly from your browser's address bar.

Honestly, just ask a friend. If you've ever shared a game or been in a Steam group together, they can find your profile and send you the link.
Just go to your Steam settings, look for an interface or web tab, and there should be an option to make your profile public. Once public, your profile URL can be easily found in your profile settings. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
All these steps and for what? Just Google your own Steam username. If your profile's public, it'll show up.
