I've been using Instagram for years, and there's no dedicated watch history feature. Your best bet is to save videos you like.
Instagram doesn't have a specific feature for watch history like YouTube, but you can look through your activity on the app. Go to your profile, tap the menu (three lines) in the top right, select 'Your Activity,' and there you'll find 'Interactions' where you can see your likes and comments. Not exactly watch history, but close enough!
There's no direct way to see your watch history on Instagram. If you want to keep track of videos you liked or watched, save them to your 'Saved' collection by tapping the bookmark icon on the post!
