Easy peasy! Just open Pokémon GO and tap on your Trainer profile. There's a button that says 'Friends.' Tap it, and voilà, you'll see your QR code for sharing!

Here’s a tip from experience: open the app, tap your avatar, then the 'Friends' option. Bam, there's your QR code!
