How to Fix 'Cannot Start PS4'?
I had this issue once. Unplug the power cord for a few minutes, then plug it back in and see if it starts. Sometimes a simple reset does wonders!

First, try holding the power button for about 7 seconds to force a shutdown and then restart it. If that doesn't work, check all the cables and connections. Last resort: boot it in Safe Mode and try rebuilding the database.
If all else fails, you might have a hard drive issue. Pop it out, make sure it's seated correctly, and then try booting again.
Call Sony support. Seriously, they can help with problems that might be too tricky to solve by yourself.
