Backup your saves, then format the PS3 hard drive if other methods fail. It's drastic, but it clears all corruption issues.
Just delete the corrupted data and re-download it. Simple and it works most of the time.
First, try deleting the corrupted game data from the Game Data Utility and redownload or reinstall the game. Worked like a charm for me!
If nothing else works, you might wanna consider reaching out to PlayStation Support. They've helped me out of a few jams!
