Are you using mods? Mods can sometimes mess with save files. Remove any mods and see if the problem persists.

If you're on console, try reinstalling the game. I had to delete and reinstall on my PS4 and it fixed the saving issue. Make sure to back up your saves to cloud before you try this!

First thing to try: Check if you have enough storage space on your device. Sometimes, the game can't save if storage is low. Also, make sure your save file isn't corrupted by starting a new game and seeing if that saves properly.

Ensure your game is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, older versions can have bugs that prevent saving.

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
