Clean your controller! Dust and grime on the touchpad can cause ghost touches. A little bit of rubbing alcohol on a microfiber cloth should do the trick.
If nothing else works, you might need to replace the touchpad. You can find replacement parts and guides online to do it yourself or consider sending it to a professional.
Recalibrate the touchpad. Go to Settings > Devices > Controllers > Adjust Touchpad Sensitivity. Sometimes adjusting the sensitivity fixes ghost touches.
