Switching to an Ethernet cable usually fixes any lag issues for me. A wired connection is more stable than Wi-Fi.

I fixed my PS5 lag by clearing the system cache. Just start your PS5 in Safe Mode and select 'Clear Cache and Rebuild Database.' Worked wonders for me!

It might be your internet, not the PS5. Check your speeds and see if other devices have the same problem.
