You'll need to access your router settings to change the NAT type. Set up port forwarding for the PS5 on ports 80, 443, 3478-3480 UDP/TCP. Don't forget to assign a static IP to your console!

Enable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) on your router's settings. This often helps automatically adjust your NAT type to Open or Moderate, which is better for gaming.

Have you tried restarting your router and PS5? Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve NAT issues.

Switching to a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi can help improve your NAT type as well. It's more stable and causes fewer issues with connectivity.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
