Try plugging your PS4 into a different power outlet. Sometimes the outlet itself can be the issue.
Hold the power button for about 7 seconds until you hear two beeps. This can help reset the console and hopefully get it back up and running.
I had this issue before and a quick fix for me was to unplug my PS4 for about 15 minutes, then plug it back in. Good luck!
Make sure to inspect the power supply and the cables for any visible damage. A faulty cable might be the culprit!
