Honestly, sometimes there's just server lag you can't control. Patience, young grasshopper.
Lower the graphics settings in Roblox. Go to Settings > Graphics Mode and choose 'Manual,' then set the Graphic Quality to a lower number.
Using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi can also improve performance. Less interference, more game time!
Consider upgrading your hardware. I had the same problem, upgraded my RAM and it was like night and day.
