First, make sure your keyboard is working properly outside of Roblox. Restart your game, or even your computer, as a quick reset can sometimes fix it.
Honestly, just reinstall the game. Fixes most bugs like this super quick.
Had the same issue! Turns out I had another software running that was hijacking my keyboard inputs. Closed it and WASD worked fine again.
Also, verify your keyboard language settings in Windows or macOS, sometimes it changes without you noticing and messes up the key inputs.
