I've had this problem before! Try zooming in and out with your mouse wheel or the '+' and '-' keys. If that doesn't help, go to Settings and make sure the camera sensitivity isn't set too high or low.
Sometimes resetting your character (press 'R' and select 'Reset Character') will fix camera issues! If that doesn't help, you might want to rejoin the game.
Honestly, sometimes it's just a Roblox glitch. Rejoining the game or restarting Roblox usually does the trick for me!
