To fly the Deluxo on PS4, just press X to switch to hover mode and then hold R2 to ascend. Easy peasy!

Simple: Enable hover mode with X and use R2 to take off. Use the left stick to control direction. Enjoy your flight!

First, make sure you're in hover mode by pressing X. Then, use R2 and L3 to go up and down. You'll be soaring in no time!
