How to Forget a Network on PS4
Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Use Wi-Fi > Easy. Then select the network you want to forget and press the Options button on your controller. Choose 'Forget' and you're done!

Just head to Settings, then Network, and select Set Up Internet Connection. Choose Use Wi-Fi and pick the network you want to forget. It's pretty straightforward!
