To fuse in Dragon Ball Tenkaichi Tag Team, select both characters who can fuse (like Goku and Vegeta) and charge your energy to max. Then press the fusion button combo!
First, make sure you have the right characters (like Goten and Trunks). Then, during the battle, charge your energy and hit L+X simultaneously to initiate the fusion!
