To gameshare from PS4 to PS5, log into the PS5 with the PS4 account. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play > Enable. You're good to go!

Use the same PSN account on both the PS4 and PS5, then enable Console Sharing and Offline Play on the PS5 in the settings menu.
