How to Get 120 FPS on PS4
I've tried everything, but the PS4 simply doesn't reach 120 FPS. It's locked to 60 FPS maximum, even with a high-refresh-rate monitor.

Sorry to break it to you, but the PS4 can't do 120 FPS. The hardware just isn't powerful enough. If you're looking for high frame rates, consider upgrading to a PS5!
You can't squeeze 120 FPS out of a PS4 no matter what you do. The system's hardware doesn't support it. Best you can do is aim for a smooth 60 FPS in most games.
The PS4 is like a reliable old car – it does its best but 120 FPS isn't happening. If you're chasing those buttery smooth frames, PS5 is the way to go.
