In Pokémon GO, you can't actually have 3 attacks. You get a Fast Move and a Charged Move, and you can unlock a second Charged Move with Stardust and Candy.

First-hand experience here: spent way too much Stardust adding a second Charged Move, thinking I could add a third. Spoiler: you can't.

Just to clarify, you can only have two charged moves and one fast move. No such thing as a third attack slot.
