To snag a Dungeness Crab in Animal Crossing, you're gonna need to dive into the ocean, not fish from the shore! Equip yourself with a wet suit (buy it from Nook's Cranny or get it from the cabinet at the Nook Stop terminal), head into the ocean, and press A to dive when you see bubbles. Dungeness Crabs aren't super rare, but they're only around from November to May (Northern Hemisphere) or May to November (Southern Hemisphere), so make sure you're diving in the right months!

Just keep swimming, and diving! Seriously, it's all about persistence. Make sure you're diving during the months the Dungeness Crab is available in your game's hemisphere. After a bunch of dives, you're bound to catch one. Remember, it鈥檚 all about being in the right place at the right time.

Luck is key, but so is timing. If you're not finding one, just keep trying. The Dungeness Crab will show up eventually.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
