Getting a hair salon in Animal Crossing isn't like your typical game upgrade! In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, you gotta work a bit to unlock Shampoodle, the hair salon. First, spend at least 10,000 Bells between the Able Sisters store and Kicks. Kicks is a shoe shop that unlocks after you spend enough at Able Sisters. Once you've been a loyal shopper and Kicks has been open for at least 10 days, Shampoodle will unlock on the second floor of the Able Sisters building. Get ready to change up your look!

Actually, I think the hair salon isn't that big of a deal. Embrace the natural look! #TeamNoSalon

Harriet won't just show up! Gotta spend those Bells at Able Sisters and Kicks. Then, Shampoodle will pop up after 10 days.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
