You can't directly get a purple Vaporeon in Pokémon GO. Vaporeon is blue, and Shiny Vaporeon is a slightly different shade of blue. Sorry, no purple Vaporeons here!

Purple Vaporeon in Pokémon GO? That's not a thing. Stick to the traditional blue or Shiny blue version!

There’s no such thing as a purple Vaporeon in Pokémon GO. I've been playing since day one, and I can confirm only blue and Shiny blue exist.
